General information section

I have a question.
Why are the general information sections on the work pages located below the links to the score files?
I usually check the information before I download the files because I can't realize from the page title that the work page is really for the work I want to download.
I think the section may be located on the top of the page.
How do you think?

It might be a good idea, in fact others suggested the same thing before. It has also been suggested to split the section into two parts, with the essential information at the top of the page and supplementary information further down. This might be a bit confusing though.
