[FEAT] University categories

There are many rarities in US university libraries. Some scores are otherwise not available anywhere else. Many scores are antique editions that are falling apart... until they are digitalized. Many of our users are students, which is why it would be useful if "user university-categories" could be created. Users could put e.g. {{UserUV}} (University of Virginia) on their userpages and curious users could ask them very politely if they could digitalize a rare fragile falling-apart score that isn't available elsewere. We will preserve music that otherwise will be lost but which now can be accessed by everyone, forever. This might be our part in the history of music.
