When I click the download link it goes to
http://burrito.whatbox.ca:15263/imglnks ... assoon.pdf
And I get a message in IE11 "This page cannot be displayed".. Make sure the address http://burrito.whatbox.ca:15263 is correct.
In Firefox I get "the connection has timed out"

Yes I get the same thing on some but not all works. I get this error on some of the download links where you have to wait 15 seconds, not on contributors scores.
