Nonsensical Naxos search results on pages

I noticed that a lot of my pages are polluted by random Naxos search results, displayed under "Performances".
For example, see http://imslp.org/wiki/6_Organ_Pieces,_O ... ters,_Rob)
I wouldn't mind if they were actual search results (why, I'd love to see cd's with my music on it - one can dream, right?) but this is just garbage with no relation to the content of the page at all.
I hope something can be done about these eyesores.

I'm not getting those... not sure that's a good or a bad thing ;)

Yes, Naxos integration is very much a work in progress. In fact, the goal is to get perfect matching between IMSLP pages and Naxos work pages (they also have a similar concept). That takes a lot of work since the matches have to be done manually, but it is on the agenda.

In the meanwhile, I'll look into a way to turn Naxos search off for entire composer categories.

Couldn't the Naxos results be put at the very bottom of the work pages?

Or at least remain hidden if you don't click the Performances/Recordings tab?

That would be a big improvement already, yes.
What we have now is the slick new page layout, with the subdued and stylish blue/grey colors being ruined by those LOUD cd-covers sticking out like sore thumbs. It's like they scream "I'm the most important item on this page!" to you.

Ok, I can add an option to hide the Naxos tab.

Thank you for having modified pages which have also MIDI, Synthetized or Recordings, because the Naxos section is now a tab e.g. http://imslp.org/wiki/Piano_Sonata_No.1 ... g_Amadeus) But Rob Peters' organ page has no such performance files and the Naxos pollution remains!

And how does the Naxos search engine work? None of the 3 results on Rob's page contains at least one word in peters, organ, piece.

If you log out from imslp a message says Sorry, this feature is for members only when you click either CD icon!

In such a case http://imslp.org/wiki/Piano_Sonata_No.2 ... rt,_Franz) the Naxos tab is hidden but the Recordings tab is open by default. I see the list of performances, performers, copyright info etc. when I reach this work page. Since imslp's primary goal is scores, not performances, couldn't all Performances tabs be hidden by default?

I would like to second this. And the Naxos pictures - in other cases - are even worse.

This morning I tried to listen to a Naxos CD from http://imslp.org/wiki/7_Charakterst%C3% ... hn,_Felix). During 1 second I saw a message containing "Creative Commons 4.0" and then a message The Internet location you are entering from is not authorized to access the NML. Please contact Naxos for assistance.

Do Creative Commons licenses allow such a discrimination?
