Both are still copyright, so no. Wait until 2012 and Grainger will be PD in Canada.

Actually, we might not have to wait so long for Grainger. He was naturalized as a US citizen in 1918, and a fair number of works have lapsed into the US public domain due to failure to renew the copyrights after 28 years. As a US citizen, the works in this category do not qualify for GATT/TRIPs restoration, and they may well be PD in the EU and Canada thanks to Rule of the Shorter Term.

It's sort of complicated, and other factors (such as the simultaneous issue in the UK by Schott and the US by Schirmer - always with a Grainger copyright claim, not the name of the publisher) might come into play. I will be looking into the issue more, but until then no Grainger should be posted at IMSLP.
