Does anyone have a Handel-Halvorsen: Passacaglia for violin and viola that they could upload?

Well, now it's done !
I have uploaded a scan of IMC edition, and a (re)typset version. Check
under "Halvorsen" (not Handel).

IMC editions are all under copyright, unless you happen to know of one where the editor died more than 50 years ago - in which case it's public domain in Canada.
