Not sure of the quality (and if size is anything to go by) it is quite poor, but I don't know if you have seen it.

I too would like to have a better score, it's a loverly piece.

I'm not sure Rossini actually wrote all of that; it seems like it was arranged from some other piece by Ralph Hermann. And since he died in 1994, the arrangement won't be public domain until *much* later.

Of course, if you find out what original piece it is from that piece is probably public domain.

Well, Im not sure about finding the original piece that his arrangement was based on, but you could always try this website I found while researching on Google.

http://www.worldcatlibraries.org/wcpa/top3mset/17709018

You can search based on many different terms such as postal code, countries and such to find libraries near you that have this piece. Try this, and hopefully you can find one close to you.

You can download the sheet music here:http://www.csudh.edu/oliver/clarmusi/clarmusi.htm
These are Finale-Files. You can use the free software FinaleNotepad to
read and print it.

Normally one can change the key by using the KEY SIGNATURE TOOl, which
is in the middle of the top line. This works in Theme, Var.1,Var.3,Var.5, in
the other parts the clarinet-voice remains unchanged, I don´t know why.
Perhaps you can try another way: Load down the midi-files and use the
free software notation player, available under http://www.notation.com/MidiNotatePlayer.htm. to transform midi in sheet music.
This software includes a key signature tool (choose edit, then key signature, then click in the system)

As far as I know, the piece is an original composition for clarinet and orchestra of Rossini from the year 1810. The arrangement concerns the
piano reduction.
