Debussy - D'un cahier d'esquisses - Orchestrations

I've read several times of the suspicion that D'un cahier d'esquisses may have been a 'trial run' for La Mer, recently I stumbled across a quote in the liner notes to the Naxos series of recordings of Debussy's piano works that something that might be interesting to hunt down and add.

D'un cahier d'esquisses (From a Book of Sketches) was written in 1904. As its title indicates, the piece was taken from a musical sketch-book and was later arranged by a Belgian publisher, who acquired the rights to it, for cinema orchestra.

Paris Illustré publishes D'un cahier d'esquisses, subsequently purchased by Schott brothers in Brussels.
