Sibelius Op. 60 missing No. 2

I wasn't sure where to post this, but Sibelius' Op. 60 contains No. 1, but not No. 2. I am looking to do both pieces on my Master's Thesis recital and need No. 2. Thank you!

For what it's worth, the University of Pennsylvania libraries have a voice/piano arrangement pub.1910 (they claim, in their catalog?) of both of the songs.
