Saint-Saens Suite algerienne for 2 pianos, 4 hands

I downloaded the music for this and the cover, but they turned out sideways. Is there a way to straighten them up? (They can be fixed after being downloaded and then printed, but that will be a nuisance that repeats over and over.)

These scores are sort of protected against pdftk's rotate option. If there is some interest I can convert them to jpg pages, rotate each page and re-concatenate them. Is there a preference for monochrome? Margin reduction? Re-sample?
