Van Noordt, Tabulatuurboeck, 1659 copy.

We have more recent versions. http://digital.library.unt.edu/ark:/675 ... tation.pdf says: Although believed to have been destroyed in WW2 (in the State library in Berlin), it was moved to the library of Jagilonski [...]
Does anybody lives close to this library (Poland) and can see what he can do?

Gentlemen, really to blame is the unfortunate fact that I live at the Brazillian countryside; I am really uncapable of reaching anything related to music without having to travel hundreds of kilometres (whose crossing in Brazil is very expensive). Perhaps in the future I found anything with which to contribute; maybe my compositions.

I don't know if the particular work in question has been digitized but Jagiellonian University has a large collection of manuscript and engraved sheet music, some of which was formerly held by the Prussian State Library, available online here.

Strange; to me it gave "Znaleziono: 1" (http://jbc.bj.uj.edu.pl/dlibra/results? ... eryType=-2), and a strange result (http://jbc.bj.uj.edu.pl/dlibra/publicat ... 1&lp=1&QI=). Anyway, Pole "Znaleziono: x" corresponds to English "Found: x" (http://jbc.bj.uj.edu.pl/dlibra/results? ... eryType=-2).

Sorry for the immense links; I was hoping to ensure the situation could be perfectly reproduceable of yours.

This site is unpleasant but it seems I'm going to find a scan of a biography by Estreicher, Karol (1827-1908). Not very useful!
