edit the second: what Worldcat lists as a "publication" by Marek in 1938 is a manuscript copy (abschrift); its first actual publication was by STIM in 1984, which is after the usual limit at this time for copyright, I think. It will leave copyright protection in somewhat over a dozen years in Canada, I believe?...
