Uploading PD-US only scores

Post by coulonnus »

I have scores published in Italy in 1911. The Italian composers died in 1965 or their dates are unknown. I have read the topic viewtopic.php?f=29&t=4358&start=15. Is is still necessary to become an IMSLP-US admin? I've got a few scores only.

In order to post scores to IMSLP-US you do still have to get admin access from Jonathan DePeri and use the procedure discussed in that topic. The other alternative is to get someone with such access, such as myself or Schissel, to upload the scores to IMSLP-US for you. Since you only have a few scores this is probably the easier route. If you so desire you can create the composer and add the work page with all the pertinent information and then just provide one of us with the link to the score on a free file hosting site such as Mediafire. One of us can then upload it to IMSLP-US and generate the code to input on the work page.

Done. http://imslp.org/wiki/Category:Bossi,_Renzo. Ave Maria, the only piece. I'll provide the link to the score per PM.

We've got a whole cleanup category of items that need to be moved to the USA server. If anything there is by a composer/arranger/editor who died in 1962, it can stay where it is as it will be free in January.

Hello! I have scores by Paul Le Flem for piano , most of them were published before 1927. Is it possible to create a page work and to upload them ?

Vieux Calvaire was published by henry Lemoine in 1910 ( plate E. 3152.M) and Avril by the same publisher , same year ( plate E.3151.M).
