Worldcat reports a copy available at the Nederlands Muziek Instituut Muziekbibliotheek in Den Haag, Netherlands.

A copy is also reported by the Italian OPAC at the library of the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia in Rome (not reported by Worldcat, though).

It should work now. The problem was related to files that were originally stored on another server, where special characters ("é" in this case) were handled differently. I'm afraid we will experience other similar cases when special characters are present in the filename.
