Re: Fats Wallers Ain't Misbehavin'
If you pay attention to the librettist, the work with the text is under copyright in Canada. Canada is no longer a Life + 50 country as they extended copyright for an additional 20 years non-retroactively until 2042, where it will begin to cycle again. According to the page history, only a recording...

Go ahead and upload it. Not sure why the original uploader "Phillip21" skipped this one on here.

Re: Symphony No.8 in C minor, WAB 108 (Bruckner, Anton) - placing new files, order of versions?
Files names do not matter on a workpage, every file is given there own unique IMSLP number to the left in Edit based on when the workpage was created in sequence on the site. What does matter is that a file uploaded does not duplicate against another file on the workpage.

Go ahead and upload the set to the tab, we'll take care of it. Something to keep in mind, the ordering of the level 4 tabs your talking about is from the "Complete" Score of all movements for an edition vs. the ordering of the single movement files for there own edition in a hierarchy chro...

Since Robert Haas died before 1972, he is in the public domain in Canada and his contributions are eligible on here.

Re: Video file not linked to page
You have to give a new file name in order for the system to recognize it as a new file.

Re: How to prevent jagged edges when converting to TIFF monochrome?
So the best program that we use to post-process images like this to smooth out the jagged black pixels in the ink is to use Scantailor (or the Advanced Version) is what we use here: https://github.com/4lex4/scantailor-advanced/releases 1.0.16 is an older version, but there is also 1.0.19, which has ...

Re: Remove mp4 files uploaded in error
If the filenames are the same, all you did was just upload a duplicate (you can tell by the file number to the left), which we can just remove the block from the page.

Re: Translator: Tom Hammond?
Nope looks like Tom Hammond died after 1971 see here , which means if the edition was not simultaneously published with the USA within 30 days (meaning it has a USA city posted as one of the cites internationally speaking) since its published in 1959, then its URAA protected as a foreign work, meani...

Thats only if the point of origin was published in a USA city, then RoST will usually apply to the EU.

Canada is no longer a Life + 50 country across the board, so anyone who died before 1972 (yes by one year) starting last year in 2023 is under copyright until 2043 at the earliest. Canada is now a Life + 70 country for anyone who died after 1971. However any works that were first published before 19...

Re: 2 Vivaldi Concerto's overdue approval / declining?
Hello,
Not sure which files your talking about, if its the Ricordi editions your talking about on both in the Scores tab, those are under copyright because the continuo realizations in the files are under copyright and have to be redacted.
