The IMSLP Forums are hosted on servers physically located in the United States of America and provided by LLC (“HostGator”). The IMSLP Forums are a form of collaborative website where contents are submitted by users and available to other users. A specific software named phpBB is used by the IMSLP Forums to allow users to collaborate. By submitting any contents, users accept that all publicly available information about those contributions may be freely copied, quoted, reused and adapted by third parties without restrictions.

Some users of the IMSLP Forums (e.g., “Administrators”, “Moderators” - collectively “Forums Managers” hereafter) have special administrative permissions, which are required by the phpBB software to manage forums operations. Forums Managers may have visibility on additional user information that are not publicly available, such as:

- user information entered when registering to the IMSLP Forums or updated afterwards (e.g., user’s email address);

- user information automatically collected by the phpBB software (e.g., login date and time, IP address used when registering or logging-in, etc.).

Any information provided by HostGator to Forums Managers may be used and retained by the Forum Managers for the same purposes stated by HostGator in its privacy policy.

Any user information provided by the phpBB software to Forums Managers, or sent by users to Forum Managers via email, private message, or any other form of communication, may be used and retained by Forums Managers in order to process users inquiries, respond to users requests, improve services, enforce forums rules, prevent abuse, fulfill obligations. To these purposes, such communications may be partially or totally disclosed to third parties.

The use of the IMSLP Forums and/or any form of communication with Forums Managers imply that the user accepts this privacy policy.
