It looks like that to me too. I can get to the Eu portal page but not beyond.

I am having trouble tagging pages, too. However, we did get a notice that internet traffic would be severely impacted by the general failures in Japan, as whatever is working there will almost certainly have to be re-routed. I think we can expect a couple of weeks at least of intermittent problems.

At this aye moment (sorry ;) ) I can't seem to get to the site - at best it's very delayed... and even 2-day-old search-engine-cached copies are causing problems because of graphics.

traceroute imslp.org, however, except for a 263.144 ms bump at step 12, seems to get there with dash and all-out speed. Odd.

imslp.org responds to pings, but not to HTTP Requests, from what I see...

Same here, 3:49PM EST. I'm getting the message 'Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to imslp.org'. Traceroute looks fine, but the site just won't load.

The website is down once again due to the same error notice.

Hrm- Safari (Mac browser, not my favorite, but has its uses) gives an error message more along these lines, depending on what page one's trying...

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://localhost/

Unable to forward this request at this time.

This request could not be forwarded to the origin server or to any parent caches. The most likely cause for this error is that the cache administrator does not allow this cache to make direct connections to origin servers, and all configured parent caches are currently unreachable.

It seemed to be offline yesterday for a few hours, but seems to be on now from here (USA East coast, accessing using a Mac OS X, Safari browser)
