Copyright for transcribed scores

I started transcribing music from old printed scores that I found on IMSLP. I now have pdfs with the score and parts that I would like to make available to others who might be interested but I can't figure out what to put into the copyright field of the page where you submit files.
The 1st file I want to submit is the 1st aria from 12 arias for soprano, strings and continuo by Maria Teresa Agnesi. There is a scan of this in IMSLP and I entered it into Musescore and extracted the parts.
What sort of copyright , publisher and other information do I have to enter to submit this file?
